Yep...The only crime they really committed was preloading the pirated games on the hard drives and distributing them....

WOW, what idiots.. selling AN XBOX 360 and advertising it to the public... when everyone knows you cant get your hands on one BASICALLY at ANY store.
they could have enjoyed their mods in the comfort of their own home and would never have been bothered.

No, they were selling modded xboxes with copied games on the hardrive and some microsoft people went undercover and bought a system. Idk why they were so dumb to actually put pirated games on the xbox and then sell them, tisk tisk.

They should have know that helping someone get an xbox that is capable of pirating games, and making a profit, is very close to being illegal and then to go and actually put the games on the xbox well thats just no good.

who installed it for him lol

people just need stuff to biatch bout. i would have putten all the games on the chip, sold the xboxes for 5,000 a peice. that would have been enuff money to cover court fees lawyer fees, fines, and still had money left over to get something off the dollar menu at mcdonalds.
