I'm in the Chicago area and my upload is horrible:

I don't think Comcast offers anything better. I browsed around their site and couldn't find anything. Does anyone know of a btter service from them?

I'm guessing that you're paying for the 256Kbps package.  From what I can see, you are pretty much right at your cap figuring in overhead.  Smile Smile
