I also have Insightbb basic. I was using the RCA modem I had to remove the tweeks for it to work right. The RCA was timing out on the first hop on a tracert so I turned it in an they gave me a Webstar DCP2100 and I couldn't get over 3.5mg so I put the tweeks back in and this is what I get now.

its cable... i have a motorola surfboard modem... works great 384 upload i never got that

I tried it out on that 2 mb file... and it did the same thing went half way then went to 8kB/s the rest.....weird
