Can someone recommend me some cable nut settings, I'm not getting good connections I think. I'm running windows xp Home edition. My antivirus/firewall is Nod32. My ISP is SBC Yahoo. I hope thats all the info you need. I've downloaded VanBuren's Cablenut setting zip file, but which one to use??

My rates
Download = 786.44 Kbps
Upload = 180.87 Kbps

Advertised rates
384 Kbps to 1.5 Mbps
128 to 384 Kbps
