Diagnosis: Awesome! 20% + : 753.66 % faster than the average for host (nocharge.com)

I know, its a cruel joke.

And yes, I have read that thread.  It is quite the chronicle, and has my thumbs up for dial-up tweaking official online textbook. 

I don't know what I can do for you, but I'm more than willing to try.  Where would you like to start?

. . .OK, what I'm really doing is ~ I modded a cell chip to a wireless adapter looped to my modem and I'm beaming microwave uplinks to three com sats and I'ld like to jump on ~ let's say ~ Comcast or better yet, verizons backbone and go optical.  . . .can you help?

Diagnosis: May need help : running at only 31.68 % of your hosts average (csc.com)

Hi,
   I installed the Apple Broadband Tuner recommended above and appear to of got approx. 30% increase. (From about 215 - 225 to +280)
Installs itself just about.
