I cant access the cable modem status page at  192.168.100.1. I can only access it when its offline. Does anybody know how i can get to that page while the modem is online?

I'm not sure about the status page. It's always worked for me.

Is Charter new to your area? They were horrible when they first came here, but everythings alright now. Nice work on the sig btw. Rolling Eyes

Btw, it probably has something to do with your modem Senic. What that is, I'm not sure.

they been here for about 5 years or more. i got cable from them 4 years ago or 3. they got bad after i got it and i saw some pings as high as 2000ms for about a month. and than for about a year or more i always got slows speeds and high pings in the afternoon. still goes on today.

You can't. Charter has disabled SNMP.

You can't. Charter has disabled SNMP.
