i had recently removed a software called msn content plus but im still getting a pop up alerting me to register the product how can i stop thiS

Run a reg cleaner program to remove any traces of the software that may have been left over after removal.
Do a search for it Start~Search~All files and folders remove anything that it finds pertaining to the software
