Has anyone recently noticed a slow down, i sure have in Indiana as they are working on my area, but anyone from Indiana or outside notice any slow down? just wondering cause its been messed up for a lil more than a week, and i got they are planning matience on the 22 this month at 12am

just wanting to see if anyone experiening what i am angry5

If they are doing maintenance on some of the downstream servers, then they may be load balancing on some of the others, which might cause a slowdown.  Can you provide a traceroute?
