hey i was wondering, if this speed is a good speed, cause i've been hearing a lot that DirecWay customers get up to 200kB/s and mine isnt even close to that? what about signal strenght does that matter?????

signal strenght is going to be the factor. but that is low i would reconment geting it repointed. are you using the DW6000 or DW4000

Im using DW6000, how do i repointed?? is it free or how much do they charge, can i do it myself???

you must be certified to point dw dish, unless you know how to.  Very Happy  usually cost around 100 to repoint it. yah its outragous. ill call around

hey wat is the normal sat signal suppose to be. and lets say its at 90 signal strength will that make the download speeds a bit faster???

What sat you on? signal streghth isnt going to effect download speeds. Theres been alot of issues with the DW6000 recivers. thank god i didnt upgrade. My sat signal 70 max right now siting on 69
