anyone else having problems with slow speeds?  Mines been acting like this for a little over 2 months.  They have sent 3 people over so far to see if they can get it fixed but yet still nothing is getting fixed.  It sucks to have to pay 44 dollars a month for almost dial-up speeds.

Keep calling them they will get the point sooner or later. Tell them to run a NEW line. What kind of modem do you have? I am using the Motorola SB 5100..works great!

finally got insight to give me a months credit on acct.. have had them out 5 times and called about 30 times.. The tech that gave credit said another 4 weeks.. and everything should be fine then..
