i turned on my pc this mornin and almost all my icons, reset, i cant open up n e thing and if i do it opens up my archiver, i cant do system restore no programs run, besides mozilla and IE, so im lost please please please help

So you have done a system restore?
I am going to guess that you have some type of virus.. I would try booting into safe mode, using f8 most of the time before the windows loading screen pops up, and see if you can get it to work there..

I agree. Boot to safe mode by tapping F8 on startup, and run an Antivirus scan. If you don't have any, slap yourself, then try to boot into safe mode with networking and run an online scan, like

So take fallowearths advice.. use the online one.. apparently you can get on an internet browser of some sort... your here arent you.. either that or your on another comp..

can you boot in safe mode.. when you do, does it allow you to open programs?
to boot in safe mode hold F8 as your computer boots.
