I am willing to try anything once but I did not understand it exactly. Is this for gamers? I have an XP by emachines and was not sure which XP version.
Yes I am a new style gamer noob. Last game I played was super nintendo. Very Happy

If you want to use the screen saver the use the graphical client, otherwise use the "no nonsense "version.This prog does not tie up any resourses that you may need. I play Doom  and  many others and never have a problem. Gamers are targeted to use the unused cycles , mostly overclocked box's. You can really push out some WU while idle .

Cool, so if I turn my off at night, thats ok. Will it slow down speed tests? I have been so busy on the AT&T thing, I have not had a lot of time to read.

Generally I've found the prog/ client does not take much bandwidth, and carries extremely small transmitt packages. lasts for 2-4 seconds on a 500k upload!

I just discovered my machine hasn't sent a work unit since April 8... I fixed the internet settings and now it sent the units in... I think it was about 10 units lol
