I have a Satellite and the FAP kills me on a large file download.
Does anyone Know of a good free Download Manager that I can use?

I have used Download Accelerator (Plus?) and Netlimiter... I like Netlimiter better, although it isn't a download manager

Take a look at
www.download.com
They list quite a few of them.
Good luck with your selection.
