D-Link Di-624 Router

Hi Guys,
In an attempt to upgrade my system to 54g i have changed my router from a linksys 11b to the d-link di-624 extreme g rev c with latest firmware. I use a wireless broadband service and connect via a wet 11 bridge. My problem:- The router seems fine, all lights do as they should it hands out ip addresses fine and all pcs on the network can see each other but i can not seem to get any internet activity. It will not ping anything not even the wet 11. I sent the d-link back and it was returned as they said there was no fault. Any ideas on what i could try to get this working. If i put the old linksys back with exactly the same settings it works perfectly :mad:

Hey Marty and welcome to the forums, my first thought was you might want to reset your modem (bridge), I dont know if this is a problem with the bridge but I had some similar problems when I changed to G but I use cable modem. I am sure someone here will be able to help you fix it, we have alot of smart people here. Very Happy

i have a slightly diferant d-link but i had the same problems, i had to restart the computer after gettng it all set up and then restart again and power off the modem and d-link to get it to work. good luck :biggun:
