Just spent 1 1/2 hrs on the phone with them trying explain that my signal strength is so low that I can't get on line some times. Finally I was sent to the Super Tech and he agreed it was too low. 41 on a sunny day. 34 to 38 on a cloudy day. Rain... fugetabotit!  They are sending someone out to redo the set up. It will probably be a month. That's how long it took to get it installed in the first place.
