Ok I changed my drive letters through disk managment in xp pro. NO problem. Tried the same exact thing in xp home and no luck. Any ideas?? Oh Yes I am loged on as adminstrator. The error message i get is this...........Windows cannot modify the drive letter of your system volume ...........Thanks........

You can't change the drive letter on your bootable drive, the one your OS is installed on. MS KB Article. You'd have to reinstall XP if you want it to have a different drive letter.

Yea I saw the same article. So why was it I was able to do it on xp pro. Was it because xp pro was set up as a slave drive??
