Test my settings

ok i modified these settings, and i think i finally got the ball rolling, what i think is that these settings are more steady, i think, but are more efficient, i think, give me feedback on what u think thanks.

ok i knw ive put a lot of upgrades on my settings but i want to make these settings right, but i did correct somme settings on previous that was making the connection speed very slow. now that i took those i out i think i got it, please post feedback 0on what u think, laterz
