this must be the slowest download on this site but is there any way i can tweak this up

56k will always be slower. In fact, there have been tests completed with 4 Kbps, or 0.5 kB/s. You're not the slowest.

If you have a 1500 Kbps advertised download speed then you won't get much faster than this, but it's always worth trying. For a cap above 1500 you definatly need to tweak. Download Cablenut and VanBuren's custom tweak files. Pick the file made for your advertised down and up speed and re-test.

also add what service you have, your capped speed both upstream and downstream
