OK got a couple of things i want to take care of in one post...I read in ur post that to make sure u have 'Full duplex'. I remember back when, where it was ..but now that i need to find it, i cant..so give me the place where its located! lol...
Another thing my connection has changed in the past couple months. But as i was lookin at other peoples speeds mine are pretty decent.

Is there any way i can get back to those speeds that i had a couple months ago? I noticed that i got an upload higher than Comcast shows....My upload sucks compared to the other test. Im averaging around 239 compared to 269...Thanks in advance for your time!

Your speed is fine, above your cap downstream and close to cap upload, what tweaks are you using now?
I think RTB is right, have you tested speed at times when less ppl using internet, if so did speed increase?
you can try setting duplex manually, below you see a guide.
