4000/1024 advertised
normal speed: 4100/1026
testmy.net speeds are lower, because of the ping (takes a while to get to top speed), otherwise speed would be at 100% here too.

that's not fair then, because i only get the charter 3000/256 deal, but every now and then, I get a burst of about 4.1 or so! eventually it'll always be that high. Twisted Evil
