this happens to me every now and then on my linksys router

the workaround i have found is to just unplug my router and directly connect the modem to my comp to make sure my internet is working
then i just use the supplied cd (it like configures everything itself) and just have it configure  the router, and poof its back to normal

Oops I think its time to call your ISP its sounds like they will need to reset your modem and re-establish a handshake......dont admit anything to those guys....lol it was working fine and next time you went on-line it didn't work wich  is kinda true....hmmmmm computers sure are strange.....lol

Nope, it doesn't.

Ok I am looking on services and The DNS Client and DHCP Client won't start and I need them, I know it. How do I uninstall these then reinstall?

Sad Ya don't  its part of your OS you may try to disable and set back to automatic.....I just think ya got something else going on,Im not sure what though....I know that aint much help.....do you have system restore on? I may be wrong but it seems like you are not getting correct info from ISP due to bad info being sent by you....so  your being blown off by a server from your ISP because it thinks your bogus or corrupt info being sent....
