a good value to start with is 1024 x (your upload cap in kB/s)

you need to test whats best, if download gets affected, try a lower value, just make sure its multiple with 1024

you used Kbps not kB/s   :tongue2:

try this  386 / 8 = 48 kB/s

48 x 1024 = 49152
