Hi I am a noob so go easy on I dont know what my mss is and So I dont know witch Settings I should use ihave WIN xp ppoee connection my test result was Your connection is: 1491 Kbps      (about 1.5 Mbps)
You downloaded at: 182 kB/s
Your TRuSPEED™: ^info^ 1595 Kbps :: 195 kB/s (7% overhead factored)
Bottom Line: You are running: 27 times faster than 56K and can download 1 megabyte in 5.63 second(s)
Is there anything that you can do to help please just post it ;D

your cap is 1500 and you get 1491 Kbps

you wont go faster then that, the tweaktest looks good
