I think you have a MTU conflict with your NIC, TCP optimizer force your NIC to use 1500

do like this, open TCP optimizer, click restore if you have a backup

if not, blank out where you see a MTU value, so the field is clear then click save

dont reboot when asked

now install cablenut 4.08 http://testmy.net/forum/index.php?action=dlattach;topic=1013.0;id=64

download this setting file i attach, unzip the settings to C:\Program\Cablenut

open cablenut adjuster, click delete cablenut tweaks + click save to registry

now in top left corner click file, click load custom settings file

browse to the file you unzipped and dubble click on that

click save to registry again and reboot your pc

good luck
