  Hello when ever I ping say msn.com it times out on every one of them. I called sbc because had slow dsl to and a tech came replaced modem but still won'tping like msn.com but will a ip any help please?

Their routers dont allow IMCP traffic through I guess.. whitehouse.gov does the same thing..  just a security measure to prevent some DoS attacks..
