My anger towards centennial is flowing like hot melting lava.  Their customer service is beyond a word that could describe the term "terrible" and technical help sucks.  My internet speed is usually about 625 Kbps and it went down to 8 .  It is slower  than the  slowest dial up ever invented. I'm very  upset with the service.  If someone who happens to live on the island of Puerto Rico is considering subscribing to the service please disregard the thoughts of ever becoming a victim.

Welcome to the forum, speedygirl.   hello

Sorry to hear about your poor experience with your ISP.  Maybe we can help with your speeds.  Is it DSL?  Have you checked out our "Make It Faster" Guide?  It's pretty sweet.  Take a look through it, and just reply here with your answers to each step.  If you need help, just ask!
