testmy.net should have it's own browser... one that doesnt allow cached results... i think that would be cool!

it seems any browser gives cached results but i think it is the firewalls that do it from my testing but who knows.

It tends to be a combination of things together in my experience... firewall included.

The problem is, a browser has to cache pages. Even if you disable the disk cache there's still a memory-resident cache. The data has to be stored somewhere. Although you could have it keep that data only while you're on the web page, but then your browsing would slow down as well...

When i am messing with the Linux live cds.. the browsing is plenty fast and that is only using memory as a virtural drive.. but as soon as you close the program the memory address and contents are cleared.. i think.. I am going to have to look into that..
