I was at bestbuy and i saw an emachine that had a 64bit processor.  I was amazed that a computer company like emachine would even want to produce a computer like that. Here is a link about the computer

Here are the specs from bestbuy.com

Yeah... This is one of my friends, laxman145, we were on some what of a looking spree tonight and saw this!!  It is the closest thing you will find to the Pimputer currently in retail stores.   Let me tell you this thing is crazy fast!!   Twisted Evil  They had 3dMark2001 Se installed but for some reason they kept geting a directx error.  I think i am going to go and try to have them run the beast through the benchmark.   As far as i know there are not that many socket 752 motherboards out there right now so it could be that the asus k8t800 is the mobo in this computer!  Other then that it is what you would expect from an emachine.  Although it does have a Radeon 9600!  If you are looking to step up to the big time but dont want to spend the money for the pimputer you might want to check this out!

That sure is the truth MICROWAVE!  You get what you pay for!  Granted in January I shelled out $3,300 for 2 computers and a 22" CRT.  I will be set for the next 4 years minimum.  With the exception of maybe the video card in my daughter's puter.  For my monitor I got an NEC-Mitsubishu FP2141SB-BK.  Man if you guys get a CRT this is the one because it is just crystal clear.  Yeah I paid $619 for it but again you get what you pay for.  I got my monitor from newegg.com (they are the best!) and my computers were bought through Cyberpower (mine $1800, daughters $850).  I highly recommend Cyberpower because if I bought my computer from Dell with the same configuration but with a crappy case and no extra case fans it would have costs me $2600.  Do not buy Dell they are rip-off artists.  The reason you pay so much for Dell is their so called #1 Customer Support.  That support can not cheese me out of $800 difference for the same puter!

Have you replaced the mobo in that computer???  The only thing that is really wrong with that computer is that it is built on slower technology and they tend to use lower quality parts... I dont know what it is like now that Gateway bought them out...
