heya Supreme Smile

lets start from scratch, and clean up so all settings you have is set to default

download Dr.TCP http://www.dslreports.com/front/DRTCP021.exe

open it and make sure all MTU fields is blanked out for all adapters then click apply

now download cablenut 4.08 and vanburens_cablenut_settings_2versions.zip

you find them here http://testmy.net/forum/index.php?topic=1013.0 [testmy.net]

after you installed cablenut, unzip vanburens_cablenut_settings_2versions.zip to C:\Program\Cablenut

now open cablenut adjuster, click delete cablenut tweaks + click save to registry, now all fields suppose to be blank

reboot your pc and shut off your modem and router for 30 seconds

and do a new tweaktest and speedtest and post result
