Is there a program that I can use to see what the temperature of my laptop is going?

it will eather be in the bios of the laptop, or some laptops have a program that will tell you the temps and allow you to control the fan speeds. look on your laptops manufactors website.

IF you can't find it there download this program (Everest Free) it will tell you everything about your computer.

thats not that bad, but not that great, what kind of laptop is it?

Its a toshiba, it was 136 after being on for a few hours. Not bad I guess considering the fan is very small.
