Hi everyone
Iam a new member to this forum. I need some help in regards to my Upload Speed. There are my  reports

Connection is:: 364 Kbps about 0.4 Mbps (tested with 1013 KB)
Upload Speed is:: 44 kB/s
Tested From:: http://www.testmy.net/
Bottom Line:: 7 times faster than 56K you can upload 1MB in 23.27 second(s)

I have downloaded TCP optimizer  :evil:But that didnt help me to increase my upload speed.
 confused1

Iam using a Toshiba Centrino Mobile Processor 1.5 GHz with 496 RAM and 40 GB Hard drive

Please help me out

 Surprised Oops I forgot to tell u that iam using Road Runner { time warner cable ] for my Broad band connection. Iam using Windows XP professional as my Operating system,

Thats the best upload you can get on the roadrunner package. If you want more youll have to upgrade to the premo package.

Im also on RR.

My connection I have through my provider is  1024/512 on my upload I normally hit around 450, my Lingo Voip works great, even all the features call waiting etc.

like .s1 says you wont get much more on that, i assume your cap is 384 Kbps
