Comcast 6Mb/384Kb using Firefox

See pic below.
Does this happen to anyone else? See how the text goes outside of the window. While the pagew is loading it looks fine, then bam, all messed up. That always happens to me in Firefox. IE is fine. It happens no matter what site I'm viewing a pop-up from.

It might have something to do with Forecastfox being in the status bar
