OMG I'm being eaten alive over here!  Anyone else in Arizona?  There are SOooo many mosquitoes, I have bites all ove the place.

What sucks is that the weather just got perfect over the past week.  So now, when the temperature and weather is perfect and when we can finally turn off the A/C and open the doors... NOW a S#!t load of bugs come in to ruin the nice weather.

Well ya know what??!?  Screw that!  I'm going to just get bug bites because I'mgoing to stil leave my door and windows open to enjoy the weather!  Razz  I'll just deal with all the bites, hopefully i don't get malaria.. lol

I've posted this before but there are some foods to avoid if you don't want to attract mosquitos.
Bannanas are the worst but Kiwi & Alvacados too.Just eat them out of mosquito season.Unfortunatly it takes about 2 weeks of not eating them for this to work.& if you try this you have to watch for things with these in them.
Or use a DEET insect repellent the higher the percent the better.Just put as little as possible on your skin.(A few people have died from DEET when they applied too much to the skin.)But put it on shoes ,cap, & other clothes when possible.& wahsh you hand well before eating.

well u also have to watch for west nile symptoms...

a rare few will have serious symptoms that include...high fever, headache, neck stiffness, stupor, disorientation, coma, tremors, convulsions, muscle weakness, vision loss, numbness and paralysis. these symptoms may last several weeks, and neurological effects may be permanent.

approx 20% will have mild symptoms that may include...

fever, headache, and body aches, nausea, vomiting, and sometimes swollen lymph glands or a skin rash on the chest, stomach and back. Symptoms can last for as short as a few days, though even healthy people have become sick for several weeks.

some people (about 80%) infected with west nile will have no symptoms at all...

No screens on my windows I just use a firewall & for the west nile I use a good antivirus.  ;)
Seriously the best way to prevent any mosquito born virus is to not get bit in the first place.
