Is it possible for Comcast to be running these speeds? i hit 15mb/s here.. ] ::::::::::.. Download Stats ..::::::::::
Download Connection is:: 15897 Kbps about 15.9 Mbps (tested with 12160 kB)
Download Speed is:: 1941 kB/s
Tested From:: http://testmy.net/ (Server 1)
Test Time:: 2006/11/02 - 7:42am
Bottom Line:: 277X faster than 56K 1MB Download in 0.53 sec
Tested from a 12160 kB file and took 6.266 seconds to complete
Download Diagnosis:: Awesome! 20% + : 188.88 % faster than the average for host (Comcast.net)

Download Speed: 26518 Kbps (3314.8 kB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 362 Kbps (45.3 kB/sec transfer rate)

http://speedtest2.eastlink.ca/Try the 100mb test...You will probably notice it starts fast, and levels off towards the end of the download, if it is the boost that is affecting the results... The speakeasy tests are not really that accurate for faster lines, IMO...I think the TMN tests are a better indicator of true download speed, as opposed to your peak speed that you hit.
