No it will not bother your messengers. It just won't let you be pinged. You can still do a Ping & Tracert test. My wife uses messengers all the time and hasn't complaned

ok ppl dont kill me the site is :www.ssupdater.com it also includes stuff like registry cleaning tools and a whole lot more. and th e thing is the site is legal because it actually does not host the files.
