no... i dont know if Cableone is having problems because i ussaly have atleast 2.7meg Down and 281 Upload... so its probally just cause its during prime time. i dont know never had this low of a download.

this server has routing issues during peakhours

i use to get 3.7 Mbps

and now with 247 users
