Some mirrors can't keep up!
«

Just testing some new Fiber To The Home equipment our company is using..
Took about 4 tries to find a mirror that could keep up. Most were maxing around 10mb
Of course this isn't production, I have no speed profiles setup yet. Thats just a default, but I thought it was pretty cool..

Wow, that's an amazing connection you have there! *drools*
Did you try both of the main testmy.net servers?

Well, apparently there was something wrong with server 1 earlier today, so try main server 1 again and see how it does.

I just noticed something, scoob8000 was using the 20 meg test fella's.
http://www.testmy.net/tools/test/d_load.php?&st=st&tt=1&ta=1&top=000&out_src=20MB
And you were using the 12 meg.

I assume a larger file will produce more accurate results? I'll have to try again with the 12mb file.
I'll also try it off peak when everyone else isn't downloading pr0n..

I was meaning the other way around.
I was suggesting they test with the 20 meg. to make it even.
