Dual test in Europe ?

Hi is there a way to make a dual test server in Europe ?

Because when i take server 1 and 2 i only get about 96 kB/s in download
And when i take the mirror in Stockholm (Sweden) i get over 200 kB/s
I am from denmark and thats maybe because there is a very long way to Downtown Dallas, TX - United States (server1 and 2)

Why i want this is that i only want one picture with download and upload
