Pitbulls are now illegal in the UK , the bread is finished
that stupid dog must be up for the canine Darwin award,
the porcupine is not native to the UK , but I have read that the spines work there way forward, and will kill when they hit a vital organ ?

And Rott Wielers will be next probably. I never desired to fight dogs in the first place.
I never thought about vital organs. That must be rare.

I think its strange looking, but to sit there and say the owner should be shot, is a bit much.
Ever tried to get in the middle of a pissed dog, let alone a psychotic animal like a pit? Fighting w/ a freakin porcupine? I think not .
Too bad for the stupid dog, the best part is, the damn dog will do it again , thats how smart these mongrels are.

Just 900% ?
I still say Stupid dog ! You guy's do make a point, why would he take snapshots? Why would he post on the cloud?
Because he can , and we eat it up
Shoot the dog, save the porcupine
How the heck are you going to control that beast, when those dogs are one if not the most violent k9's ?
Not only that, but in general , only folks that are making money off the poor dog, would own one. You have to think, that did not happen to the dog in a moment , the dog felt the pain, and nothing but sheer animal instinct took over. I for one don't pity that. The dog was persistant enough to do that to himself. Stupid.

I don't have evidence of this, but I'm like 50% sure that saying "those dogs" referring to pit bulls and saying they are vicious, is a stereotype. Every pit bull I have come across is friendly. Now that I read what I'm typing it sounds like a personal attack but dont get me wrong it isn't. I just really love animals and Its kind of a touchy subject for me. I don't know it could go either way. Its true some pit bulls are vicious. Hell some people are vicious... Either way it was wrong of him to photograph that and post it on the internet.

Posted on the net also lets other owners know what might happen if the dogs are not controlled by a leash when walking them. I doubt it happened in someones yard. So in a way it is also good it was posted. The dog I am sure will be fine after waking up a bit. I am sure he will think a bit longer next time.
Maybe the guy needed money for the vet too.
I took a $20 from my dog in 2 pieces once. It was not mine so I went and bought the dog some treats from the store with part of it. He might share with the dog.

Ok , no offense taken and your opinion is valid
. I myself have had my face bitten . I have been attacked by another yes the latter took the worst of it, I refuse to allow something so low on the food chain to attack me w/o asserting the justice that it tried to afflict upon me! It now sleeps with the GD fishes where it belongs
. Listen we now know, a whole country has banned the things. BTW TMK , we pretty much bred these animals did we not? I also don't know about anyone else city, but a city very close has put a (1) one dog allowed, they are breeding them things for fighting, and they have killed several people and a child. Amongst others they are not the only dog to do these things , I know. Keep in mind this is not a personal attack man , I'm just expressing my personal feelings . Means nothing in the whole scheme of things
I have Two awesome mules,They are not asses , for those of you who know no better, they are workers, and pets, and we care for them as we would anyone else in our family. We also have a couple of dozen exotic fishes, we have had several tropical birds, a chocolate Lab , and a cat. We moved into an area that harbors nothing but wildlife, and lots of it. Because we enjoy life. And love animals. I get a kick out of hearing people stand up for a breed, not a dog, but an animal that is simply vicious (like my ex-wife)
You never hear of the biggest animal lover so said, saying man , I really love my poodle.
Like I said , I'm not directing any bad to anyone, just sitting on the bench, observing , and learning has been my forte'. Peace

If folks would not breed them the way they do, they would not be targeted. But they do and so they are. Yes most are gentle, but enough are not. Just ask anyone that has been hurt by one. Again, same will go for Rottweilers soon.
Anything with that much jaw force needs controlled a bit better. And no common sense to let go.
My kids love their chocolate Lab also.

The point is a dog is like a child, you have to care for it as such. If that was a 5 year old child I would hope nobody would laugh.
