Hello Friends.
This is prince here:-
Before some time when i opened my account on TMN with my user id and password.
Then my window replied my.You want to sure the password in window. With it also
something was coming on it.I ignored it.And was press enter on every time.

Now when i opened account the msg is coming.

The password you entered does not match the password stored in window for this user name.

Do you want to change the password stored in window to your new entry?

Yes     No
_______________________________________________________________________
The problem is that password is not secure in window.
Last night i opened my friend's account without any password.
So can i refresh my window,if yes so How????

You are working in a call center with other people using the same IP. I personally would not let Windows remember anything for me.

You don't have permissions in your callcenter nor to your workstation. You'll have to ask your local helpdesk to reset your profile to clear out your browser settings. They may use Sunbelt software to remotely connect to do that....
