Help with My dsl connection please

1. I'm running Windows XP Professional. I read in some posts that you can't tweak DSL that much if you use XP, but maybe you guys can still help me.
2. I use Verizon DSL, the 1.5Mb download speed one.
3. I have downloaded Cablenut.
4. Tweaks test
http://ttester.broadbandreports.com/tweak/block:4304591?service=dsl&speed=1500&os=winXP&via=normal
(I am unpingable for some reason)
5. Speed test:
::::::::::.. Download Stats ..::::::::::
Connection is:: 731 Kbps about 0.7 Mbps (tested with 2992 KB)
Download Speed is:: 89 kB/s
Tested From::
http://www.testmy.net/
Bottom Line:: 13 times faster than 56K you can download 1MB in 11.51 second(s)
Validation Link::
http://testmy.net/cgi-bin/get.cgi?Test_ID=ZJAINV6S1
PS: I can't trace to testmy.nett; I get this message that says
"tracert" is not recognized as an internal or external command
or
"testmy.net" is not recognized " " "

hey iloveny161 and welcome to the forum
dsl need alot of fine tuning but lets give it a shot, if it dosent help its easy to restore windows default values.
1st install SP2 for windows XP if you dont have it already
now download the file i attach and unzip it to C:\Program\Cablenut
open cablenut adjuster and click delete cablenut tweaks and click save to registry
in top left corner you see file, click load custom settings, browse to C:\Program\Cablenut
dubbleclick on the file you unzipped
click save to registry and reboot, also reboot your modem and router for 30 seconds
make a new tweaktest and post result URL and also make new speedtest
good luck

I dont think i can help, the problem must be in your ISP net, also scan for virus/ spyware that can slow down alot too... also update your NIC driver
open cablenut and click delete cablenut tweaks and click save to registry and reboot, now all values is set to windows default and you can complain to your ISP.
good luck

I called them, and they told me I was provisioned for 768kb rather than 1.5mb, and that 1.5 mb wasn't available in my area -_-. Anyways, this weird problem has occured after I made all these changes. Even though I result the registry to default, The status of my local area connection says this message: limited or no connectivity. My internet has also been a little slower too. I was wondering if you could help me with this?
