With out looking it up I thing its a 1953-55 Buick Skylark. When I was a kid you could pick those up for around $700.00. Wish I would have bought everyone I could of.

From what I just looked up, your right coknuck. 54-55 it looks like. I was thinking Oldsmobile about then. Here is Jay Leno's 55.

Till I saw this. The tail did not match till the 1957 buick Century. So I would say 1957 Buick something.  angel And I had to look it up. So coknuck was right I think.

No Buick had them. I was just guessing Olds from part of the styling on it. And connected yes. General Motors is (or was) made up of Buick, Olds, Pontiac, Cadillac, GM, and Chevrolet.  I think that is all.

i love it when i'm right  smitten

so tommie...ur supposed to post one of ur own for us to guess...u posted mine...where's urs

i was asked by roco if the guesser had to wait to be told if they're right before post a pic...and i said...that i didn't think that was necessary...it'll keep this moving faster/smoother if the "guesser" just goes ahead and post their car...but i don't remember the rules from the other thread like this...so u guys tell me...i'll leave it up to u...maybe if it's a really hard one then we could linger on it til it's guessed right...but i think the key word here is "guess"...it'll all be guessing

Yes and no  Rolling Eyes it was built as a concept car , but they went on to make 500 of them to enable it to qualify as a production car , and it became a world beating road/rally car .in the 70's -80's it shared the engine unit with the Ferrari Dino , and that lead to it's downfall  during a time of rationalization
