Justin:  Well, I just have one quick question about upgrades.....I heard the 3Meg cap is going to be switched to 5megs on the 31st of January...can you tell me if this is true?
Mel G.:  That is correct. All the divisions will be launching upgrades by January 31st.

I dont beleive that was an actual bot, I believe it to be real people......

lol.... hosted by "live person",,,, Theirs not REALY live people there lol. My stepdad was talking to them once and he was chatting, he then said " so hows the weather up there by you? " The bot ....errr "Real Person" ..... Responded " Im sorry, were not alowed to give that type of info out" .. rofl

Justin:  I heard about an upgrade by January 31st for an Upgrade to 5MB from the Current 3MB.....is htis true? and if so....Can you tell me If i have gotten my upgrade yet, and if not when will it be?

We didn't get our increase till Feb 1st here in Kennett, MO. I asked our local cable office about the 8mb premium service and they had not heard of it yet.
