I just upgraded to DirecWay professional and my pop3 email account will not work nor will msn messenger...
i get this error from outlook
Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity. Account: 'mail.websystemspc.com', Server: 'mail.websystemspc.com', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10053, Error Number: 0x800CCC0F
anyone know my problem?
it's not my antivirus!!

Welcome to the site, I don't think I have "spoken" to you b4, I will try to help although as you know things are different with a Satellite connection, first have you looked at your proxy connection to see if you have secure turned on , actually ya should just check for all settings, anyway pls check that first and let me know.... Smile

When I had DirecWay, email very seldomed work with outlook. I always used the web site to access email. It always worked fine late at night  never during the day.

I check my proxy setteings and they are ok....
should they have changed with the profesional upgrade?

Are you sure its suppose 2b port 87? I remember a recent discussion on these ports concerning DirecWay recently. I will look back through the Dway post....... Love your Sig......L0L  :haha:

I found my problem......
SOMEHOW i HAD use the same proxy for all protocols checked  angry5
