Thank you. I have try this tweak tester. It did improve from 795 Kbps to 1119 Kbps. I called tech support and they told me that 1119 Kbps is a normal speed. I asked the advertised speed for my account is 4000. They told me that it's a avertised speed and it's not a promise. I asked if I could get a tech support down here and they told me that it's no point for them to come down because it's not a connection problem. Is this speed normal?

Bottom Line:: 47X faster than 56K 1MB download in 3.19 sec
Diagnosis: Looks Great : 5.8 % faster than the average for host (adelphia.net)
