Did Comcast increase upload speed for service in IL

I just ran upload speed test and noticed that my upload speed went from under 90kB/s to over 100kB/s. I don't know if that is a glitch or that's how it suppose to be.

Upload Connection is:: 1377 Kbps about 1.4 Mbps (tested with 2992 kB)
Upload Speed is:: 168 kB/s

Test Time:: 2007/06/14 - 2:36pm
Bottom Line:: 24X faster than 56K 1MB Upload in 6.1 sec
Tested from a 2992 kB file and took 17.797 seconds to complete
Upload Diagnosis:: Awesome! 20% + : 186.28 % faster than the average for host (Comcast.net)

I guess I got over excited about that. Crappy Comcast speed boost, It uploads at high speed for few mb/s and then goes back to regular speed.
