open cablenut adjuster, click delete cablenut tweaks and click save to registry and reboot, reboot your modem and router for 30 seconds too

open cablenut, click delete cablenut tweaks and click save to registry and reboot

now install win XP Sp 2

and after that load the file i posted before and make a new speed and tweaktest

if your using my cable tweaks you will need XP2, however you can try my DSL tweaks aswell but it dosent give same boost to speed as the cable tweaks
