hey plat1num and welcome to the forum Smile

you dropping packets and thats killing the speed, reboot your modem for 30 seconds and also reboot router and make a new tweaktest, if its still reporting loss, try bypass router and connect pc directly to modem and make a new tweaktest

if you still dropping packets, sign up here http://www.dslreports.com/tools and make a line quality test and post result here

send that to your ISP, make a screenshot, so it will be saved, dslreports flush result after a few days

the problem is between your modem and gateway

good luck
