Hello everyone.  Ok, so here are my numbers if I run the basic dual test:

Download Connection is:: 1591 Kbps about 1.59 Mbps (tested with 1496 kB)  Very Happy
Download Speed is:: 194 kB/s
Upload Connection is:: 141 Kbps about 0.1 Mbps (tested with 386 kB)   Neutral
Upload Speed is:: 17 kB/s
Tested From:: http://testmy.net (Main)
Test Time:: 2007/09/22 - 10:39am

Is this acceptable for WildBlue??  And if I upload a larger file I get much better speeds.  Is a larger file upload more or less accurate??

Upload Connection is:: 203 Kbps about 0.2 Mbps (tested with 1496 kB)
Upload Speed is:: 25 kB/s
Tested From:: http://testmy.net/ (Main)
Test Time:: 2007/09/22 - 10:47am
Bottom Line:: 4X faster than 56K 1MB Upload in 40.96 sec
Tested from a 1496 kB file and took 60.407 seconds to complete
Upload Diagnosis:: Awesome! 20% + : 84.55 % faster than the average for host (wildblue.net)

Larger is always more accurate. Nice speeds. And welcome to the forum.

Actually Yes, those are good download speeds for Wildblue. Especially if your only paying for the 1st level of service.
Value pack is up to 512Kbps
Select pack is up to 1.0Mbps
Pro pack is up to 1.5Mbps

I'm not sure why you have the packet loss on your ping however, Although It will be high due to high latency.
