Well I called DirecWay and went round and round, only yo be sent to their website to test my connection. Funny thing is there it shows a great upload speed of 32 kB/s. The tec then went on to say that their site was right and any other site just had to be wroung.....

I assume you guys have all called to complain, what is their response? Aren't we guaranteed a certain speed? I too have been unable to get a upload score the last day or so. I can tell you that the foreign girl I talked to last night ( she reset the 6000 from her side she said) told me the speeds are the same on both their site and this one. She said they recommend you use this site testmy.net to avoid having to put in all the gateway crap and numbers needed for their test.  I do agree with Fikester, A blazing system at 3:00 am isn't gonna cut it for me.

Nothing even resembling an "upload" speed...at "best" I've had a 2.I am at a loss here, even though "misery loves company" this DW 6000 is an expensive "experiment".I'm paying for for DirecWay to learn from..I've had 2.5 weeks and have spent WAY too much time talking to "Advanced Support",all of whom refer me beck to this site:I'm about to use the **^&%$&( dish for target-practice! Have done "the prescribed tweaks" on PC's,Mac,which was running "better"most recent test above, haven't the strength to re-test PC's I may cry. Will try anything, thanks in advance!PO'd redhead in Texas Embarassed
